CAMP DETAILS

Lacrosse

Our lacrosse curriculum will improve stick skills and team concepts with a creative drills including small games, stations, obstacle courses, and competitions.

Skill Clinics

In addition to the leadership development sessions, players will work through a number of Skill Clinics. These Skill Clinics are designed for players based on their position:

  • Shooting
  • Defense (Team and Individual)
  • Fast Breaks
  • Dodging
  • Defensive skill development
  • Advanced offensive concepts
  • Clears

Leadership

The leadership curriculum is taught by Heidi Kasevich, PhD. She is a well-known speaker, consultant, and author in the field of female leadership.

Her workshops cultivate the traits of ambition, resilience, and courage, and teaches girls the skills needed to be self-aware, confident individuals who know their value and are prepared to lead through authenticity.

Outdoor Adventure

  • Three ponds and extensive hiking trails on an 827-acre wooded campus
  • Lake Wononscopomuc offers endless waterfront activities and beach. Our staff supervises all of our campers who want to take out paddleboards. Lifeguards are on duty at the beach.
  • Yoga
  • Climbing Wall
  • Social Sports: Frisbee Golf, Kickball, Beach Volleyball, Spike Ball
  • Camp Olympics & Group Competitions

Multi- Sport Option Field Hockey:

If you play both lacrosse & field hockey, you can opt to alternate sports each day. Both programs operate side by side during sport specific training times and merge for age appropriate leadership workshops and recreational rotations.

Any Camper who must cancel their registration more than fifteen (15) days prior to the Camp start date will receive a voucher equal to the full amount of Camp tuition already paid which may be used toward any program or camp offered by eCamps. If a Camper must cancel their registration fourteen (14) days or fewer prior to the start of Camp, eCamps will issue Camper or Parent a voucher equal to 50% of the Camp tuition, which may be used toward any program or camp offered by eCamps.   Vouchers are valid for any eCamps program within the same or next calendar year and are also transferable to another family member.  Camp vouchers are not extended to Campers who leave Camp after the start of a session. The $25 registration fee is non-refundable. Cash refunds are not offered under any circumstances.

Facility

The Hotchkiss School in Lakeville, CT is the perfect site for this camp. Overlooking Lake Wononscopomuc, the school offers numerous turf fields as well as a state-of-the-art athletic center. Lakefront activities will include endless summer fun – recreational swimming, paddleboarding and bonfires. Wellness hikes to Beeslick Brook Woods & Waterfalls will give players a chance to clear their heads and enjoy nature. Campers will share nutritious farm-to-table meals in the dinning halls, attend leadership workshops in the fully-equipped media classrooms & sleep in the comfortable dormitories.
